The Model Minute with ... Lisa den Boer (Kult Australia)

BYO: How long have you been modelling for?

LISA: For six weeks professionally, last year I finished high school in Holland. While in Holland, I only did three shoots and one show.

BYO: What drew you to modelling, how did you get your start?

LISA: I was scouted three years ago, by an agency in Holland. I had regular meetings with them during the year and everything went smoothly. I’m now on my gap year after high school – this is my first trip to Australia and first modelling trip ever. In January, I’m probably going to Singapore.

BYO: What do you do when you’re not modelling?

LISA: When I’m here, and when I’m travelling in general I like to be in nature and see beautiful places.

BYO: What’s been the highlight of your modelling career so far?

LISA: I’ve just done an editorial for Marie Claire and also have just been to Noosa for a shoot with Oracle Fox. We shot that in Noosa National Park, which was an amazing experience.

BYO: Describe your personal style.

LISA: Just simple, I think. Maybe a little bit boyish sometimes. It depends on what the occasion is. It’s a little bit baggy. I really like jumpers.
