We’ve been in love with Andy Bowdy ever since we first tried his soft serve and cakes at Hartsyard many moons ago (ok it was like three years ago). Now he’s gone rogue, leaving the Newtown kitchen behind him, and focussing on cakes-to-order in his own business.
He’s been using the Messina factory to create said cakes, and so it was somewhat inevitable that he would end up dallying around with the gelatos while he was in residence. And so four new sundaes were born, and he’ll be at Darlinghurst's Messina Dessert Bar tonight and over the weekend to serve them up. Get down there, and see why Sydney is crazy for Bowdy.
