The newly opened 1980’s Miami inspired bar/nightclub Flamingo Lounge located in Sydney’s Pott’s Point has redefined the meaning of a sneaky Sunday session.
Since the closing down of what used to be Hugo’s Lounge in 2015, the team behind Casablanca ended last week’s long weekend with a dance-floor filled launch of their Sneaky Sunday Nite Edition. The evening kicked off with Sneaky Sound System duo Connie Mitchell and Black Angus and one half of Flight Facilities, Hugo Gruzman leading the music. A cocktail lounge complimented with plunge couches, pink neon lights and a dimly lit rooms offered to a crowd of people dressed à la Miami Vice.
The refurbished venue resonates a Summer, after dark vibe, which kicks off every weekend with a $20 entry fee after 8pm.
