Starting tomorrow, Brisbane food truck favourites, King of the Wings, will be delighting Sydney chicken-lovers with a week-long pop-up at the Observer Hotel in The Rocks, featuring five of their finger-licking flavours.
Established and run by husband and wife duo, Dylan and Katrina Pires, King of the Wings has been making a name for themselves as Australia’s most delicious wings since entering the Brisbane food truck scene in 2014. Accolades include representing Australia at the world’s biggest Buffalo Wing Festival, Wingfest, last year and being voted Top 3 wings in Australia by Delicious Magazine.
“We look forward to seeing people at Wing Week and to offer some of Australia’s most delicious wings,” said Dylan. “We won’t be bringing the truck, so this will be the only location to get our wings while we’re in town.”
