For me, when I think of Puma. I think of cricket gear and mums in matching tracksuits. They are obviously looking to change the perception of jug heads like myself and create a deeper cut into the world of streetwear and sneaker stylings. Side not - Jughead is a great insult. The future rider does this for me. It is an extremely attractive sneaker that creates nostalgic feelings similar to seeing a tamagotchi for nintendo 64.

The appeal comes from the use of colours and the snug fit. The colour layering is beautiful and the red block on the back of the shoe is a really nice touch. Based off the 1980’s puma shoe - the fast rider, the future rider has all the bells and whistles with some beautiful new touches. The soul is a beautiful rubber read and the grey lining around it contrasts beautifully. The different colour combinations are always playful and suit all preferences.
