Bali Comes to Sydney // Sun 5th

Vino Paradiso // Sat & Sun 18-19th

Two days, and over 50,000 visitors expected, Vino Paradiso is going to take over the rocks. Promising to be bigger and better than last year, Vino Paradiso is featuring over 100 exhibitor stalls, representing 20 Australian Wine Regions, with 50 wineries showcasing over 500 wines.  There will also be food on offer, with exciting collaborations from Black Star Pastry x The Rocks Brewing Co, Burgers by Josh x Young Henry’s and Simmone Logue x Torbreck Wine. Rootstock // Sat & Sun 25-26th

Four Pillars Gin Revue // Wed 29th

With the entire wine event’s that are going on around the city, you might feel like switching it up a bit.  Four Pillars have just the event for you, with their inaugural, Christmas gin revue. What does that entail you’re probably asking? On Wednesday 29th of November, Hubert is hosting Four Pillars, as they receive limited edition bottles of Christmas Gin, Christmas Carols being sung, and while chief distiller Cameron Mackenzie runs you through the nuances of the range.  Canapes and cocktails will be made in collaboration with Hubert, as well as a goody bag to get home (the best part).
