Over 40 unique market stalls are being brought down to Discovery Point, in Wolli Creek. Everything that you would come to expect from a local market will be there, with Donut Papi, Coffee by Black Market Roasters, Juice by Steve’s easy squeeze and more. If it is gifts and nic nac’s that you’re after then there will also be a range of hand poured candles, from Kandel, designer dogwear, by Haus of Harley, and cacti flowerpots by Waja Creations.

From the 26th of May, Vivid Festival Sydney will be hosting a dinner at Fort Denison. For $118pp your ticket includes a two course meal, with a Water taxi from the Man O’War Steps to Fort Denison and back, It makes for the perfect Vivid experience away from the crowds.
Australasian Beer SpecTAPular
Puns aside, this festival is no joke, with over 180 beers and ciders, The Great Australasian Beer Spectapular or ‘GABS’ is returning to Sydney for the third year on May 27th . The Festival boasts the opportunity for punters to try exclusive and niche pbeverages from around the country, often made specifically for the event. There is also an 18 meter high Ferris wheel and a range of food options for when you need to step away from the beers.
“& Cheese” – An Australian Specialist Cheese Fest
Beginning on the 31st of May and running you through the first week of Winter, the Australian Specialist Cheesemaker’s Association is launching a cheese festival aimed at helping the little guys.
The festival, name ‘& Cheese’, is hoping to change the aspects that we view cheese pairings. There are interactive master-classes on how to make the perfect cheeseboard, with Australian Cheesemaker Penny Lawson. Also Mecca Coffeee will be hoping to combine cheese and coffee, as well as Young Henrys to host a beer and cheese session.
