Salt Meats Cheese Opens in Dee Why
The rapidly expanding Salts Meats Cheese Group has added another location to their bevvy of venues. With five locations already in NSW and three in Queensland, the northern beaches location continues the success of this family-owned conglomerate. For the founders, Edoardo Perlo and Stefano de Blasi, being on the water at Dee Why reminded them of childhoods spent in Liguria. The largest space for the group to date, the restaurant seats 120 people and uses reclaimed and recycled materials in the interior. With dishes designed to share, this is a place to bring the whole extended family. Salt Meats Cheese is not stopping there, however, and plans are afoot to open a CBD rooftop bar before the end of summer.
