From September 17 until October 12, Campari is taking over the ivy precinct for this year’s Campari Red Nights series. Inspired by Campari’s artistic heritage, the versatile Italian aperitif will bring its curious and creative world to the ivy through a series of events.
Paying homage to the rich history of the iconic aperitif and the sophisticated Italian lifestyle attached to the drinks artistic ties, Campari Red Nights leans into Campari’s ancestry. The quintessential liqueur’s bittersweet flavour and unmistakeable red colour will be championed through the Campari Red Nights series.
Campari Red Nights officially launches on Friday September 21 when Sydneysiders can gallivant through the compound, uncovering drinks, music, live street art, dancers and live performers. Throughout the four weeks there will be a range of ways in which you can delve into Campari and pretend that your Italian holiday isn’t over.
From 5pm every Friday, Pool Club will turn into a red-inspired Italian Riviera with special Campari cocktails and food from Pool Club’s apertivo and pizza menus. Listen to DJs, sip a cocktail and de-stress with more exciting details of a closing party on October 12 coming soon.
Throughout the month, Ash St. Cellar and Pool Club will feature the enduring Campari soda made with a specifically designed Campari siphon, served over ice and garnished with an orange wedge ($10). The perfect 5pm beverage will be accompanied with icons such as the pineapple Americano that features a pineapple infused Campari, Milano sbagliato with Campari, mandarin and lemon juice, sugar syrup and prosecco and of course the traditional negroni (all $15).
