Self-described as both “an innovative off-price marketplace” and a “style-and deal-hunting paradise”, H&M’s new fashion venture sounds like a godsend for budget-conscious fashion lovers.
Afound, launching mid-June, is an outlet of sorts, for all seasons, ages, sizes and budgets. And the cherry on top? Discounts of up to 70 per cent off of retail prices.
“Some people might call us an outlet, but our vision is for the customer to experience a style and deal-hunting paradise,” Creative Director of Afound, Mattias Ekberg, said in a press release.
Afound will offer discounted goodies for everyone to enjoy, from H&M’s own brands - including COS, Cheap Monday, Monki and Arket - to external and international brands for women and men.
If that’s not enough, from time to time, unique, limited product releases from a range of brands, all at attractive prices will also be on offer.
Fredrik Svartling, Managing Director of Afound, is excited at the new venture and the unique experience it will provide for shoppers: “our team is happy and excited about finally having the chance to introduce our concept which will, we believe, give our customers, a completely new shopping experience in an exciting segment”.
“We want to make it easy for our customers by being where they are, whether it’s digitally or in selected physical stores, and by offering a range tailored to local demand. We will be offering a large number of attractive brands at really good prices.”
If you’re lucky enough to be in Sweden anytime soon, the first two Afound stores will be launching on June 14 and 16 in Stockholm and Malmö.
But if the closest you’re getting to Sweden is IKEA furniture and ABBA songs, never fear - for the rest of the world, the digital marketplace will launch on June 14. Keep your eyes peeled, and get ready to swipe up some fresh deals: https://www.afound.com
