Alaska Projects Fundraiser Auction

Alaska Projects, Level 2, Kings Cross Car Park, 9A Elizabeth Bay Rd, 6-9pm

Alaska Projects is a non-project artist-run initiative which, since is inception four years ago, has presented over 70 exhibitions of emerging, established and experimental Australian artists. Its first fundraising auction will feature an enormous range of works, including that of Ramesh Mario Nithiyendran, Julian Meagher, Jasper Knight, Clare Milledge, and many more. Silent bidding will start at 6pm and live bidding at 7.30pm.

  SheerKhan Single and Video Launch Party Brighton Up Bar, 77 Oxford St, 7pm SheerKhan’s EP ‘The Princess Highway’ has arrived – and Sydney’s psych band Ego Monkey and synth duo Greenwave Beth will be helping heat things up, followed by DJ sets from Brian Jonestown Massacre’s Ricky and Joel following their Metro Theatre show.
